When i checked the diagnosis it’s giving me a acm code 3223 and 520363 ats electrical system problem detected. What could be causing it and is it safe to drive to my next. We were told that it is an electrical issue with the sensor but apparently they are too incompetent to fix it. Any help or advice would be most appreciated. Tgam , apr 13, 2018
I was driving a 2019 cascadia and did not have this. Issue 2 is fault codes. i'm showing chs 71 and cab 33 codes. i've searched all over the web, talked to shops, even called 3 different freightliner dealerships and nobody could. If you are getting a series of rapid clicks whenever you are attempting to start it is very possible that your batteries have low voltage or you have a cable issue. The sound of the rapid clicks is. I just need the fault codes that you are getting. I have attached the description and testing for code spn 521049 fmi 31. It basic says to troubleshoot other fault. Ats elect system problem detected spn 4374. The long spn version for this code is “under pressurized def system: Aftertreatment 1 diesel exhaust fluid pump motor. The faults are pointing out that you are having issues with your scr system. The 3223 fault means nox raw sensor not ready after dewpoint enable check. the nox sensor is. Check/stop engine lights came on and truck wont run for more than 30seconds. I had the wiring harness replaced a few months back at the dealership so im thinking that isnt. Are there any selective catalyst reduction (scr) or diesel particulate filter (dpf) related fault codes present?
